为落实省委巡视组反馈问题的整改要求，进一步促进教学管理和教学运行的规范性，强化教职工教学规范责任意识，我院于2023年3月24日组织全院教职工在办公楼1318集中学习了贵州理工学院有关教学管理文件。
学院分管教学副院长杨登红领学了《贵州理工学院普通本科转专业和国内高校交流学习选拔实 施办法》（贵理工发〔2022〕34 号） 、
《贵州理工学院教学事故认定及处理办法》（贵理工发〔2022〕
35 号） 、《贵州理工学院教材管理实施细则》（贵理工发〔2022〕36 号） 、《贵州理工学院课程考核管理办法（修订）》（贵理工教通〔2020〕71 号） 、《贵州理工学院本科学生学籍管理规定（修订）》（贵理工发 [2020]88 号）等有关教学管理文件。并结合工作实际重点强调监考安排、试卷管理、试卷批改、监考职责、教学事故认定、教学事故处理、教学事故分类分级等重要内容，指出教学工作中容易出现的和会忽视的情况。
无规矩不成方圆，学院要求老师们会后加强学习相关文件并在工作中遵守规定严格执行。学院将持续加大督查整改力度，确保教学管理及运行规范，促进教育教学高质量发展。
